Mid-Market AE — Account Executive, Mid-Market

Own deals from $50K–$150K TCV. Multi-location operators, regional logistics companies, and growing field service businesses.

About the role

You're selling Primordia Pro and Full Suite with Co-Pilot retainer to businesses that have grown past owner-operator scale but haven't yet built a formal procurement process. These are 2–4 stakeholder deals with cycle lengths of 3–6 weeks.

Your buyers are regional operations leaders, COOs, and VP-level decision-makers who have operational scale problems that basic software doesn't solve. You need to be able to run executive-level discovery, build multi-stakeholder consensus, and close deals that involve technical scoping alongside commercial negotiation.

You'll work with the Solutions Engineer on technical scoping and deployment planning for larger accounts. Pipeline from SDR handoffs and self-generated outbound. Monthly quota: $150,000 TCV closed.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for $50K–$150K TCV deals across Primordia Pro and Full Suite
  • Always close the AI Co-Pilot retainer alongside the software
  • Navigate 2–4 stakeholder deals with cycle lengths of 3–6 weeks
  • Run executive-level discovery with COOs and operations leaders
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Engineer on technical scoping for larger deployments
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through SDR handoffs and self-generated outbound
  • Monthly quota: $150,000 TCV closed

What we need

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales with demonstrated mid-market deal experience
  • Track record of closing $50K–$150K TCV deals
  • Comfortable running multi-stakeholder sales cycles without hand-holding
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in the same deal
  • CRM discipline and accurate forecasting

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into regional logistics, multi-location field service, or transportation verticals
  • Background with AI, ML, or data infrastructure products
  • Experience working alongside a Solutions Engineer or SE team
  • Prior mid-market or commercial AE role at a high-growth SaaS company
